At Emi Jay, we want you to love your hair accessories as much as we do, which is why we offer a 30-day window for returns on all unused and original-packaged items. Please note that for hygiene reasons, certain beauty products and final sale items are not eligible for exchange or refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Print Your Label

  Once your request is approved, a pre-paid shipping label will be sent to your email; simply print it out and attach it to your original packaging.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location, ensuring all original tags and clips are securely fastened inside the box.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
